Lidah Kucing Keju



Aku masih simpen putih telur bekas bikin b'day cakenya si Calvin , sayang mau dibuang........aku pingin coba bikin lidah kucing. Katanya sih pakek putih telor, kirain pakek putih telor banyak banget gak taunya cuma dikit........walah ya udah deh abis bikin lidah kucing sisanya aku buang deh :(.........abis bingung mau dibikin apa lagi ya??

Lidah kucingnya aku pakek in keju parut........abis aku udah biasa makan lidah kucing yang biasa. Enak juga loh dikasin keju :))



Bahan:

250 gr mentega

75 cc putih telur

135 gr gula halus

150 gr keju cheddar

225 terigu

60 gr maizena

50 gr keju untuk taburan


Cara:

  1. Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga mengembang,kurang lebih 2 menit.
  2. Masukkan putih telur, kocok lagi.
  3. Masukkan tepung,kocok perlahan kurang lebih 1 menit.
  4. Masukkan keju,aduk rata.
  5. Poles loyang dengan mentega.
  6. Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga,semprotkan ke atas loyang.
  7. Panggang dioven dengan suhu rendah.

Jam Doughnut Muffins


Aku punya tepung self raising, waktu itu aku cuma pakek dikit aja, kalo gak kepake kan sayang rusak kalo kelamaan di lemari ...........aku coba cari resep kue2 yang pake tepung self raising .........eh ternyata ketemu juga, gampang lagi bikinnya..........dah gitu muffinnya kayak donat, dikasih selai strawberry didalemnya, dari pada bikin donat susah nguleninnya ......:P

Ingredients

  • 300g (2 cups) self-raising flour
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar, plus 1/2 cup extra to coat
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 175ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp good-quality strawberry jam
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 6-hole muffin pan.
  2. Sift the flour into a medium bowl, then add a pinch of salt and the caster sugar. In a jug, combine the vegetable oil, egg, buttermilk and vanilla extract. Add to the dry mixture and stir to only just combine. Place a spoonful of the mixture in each muffin hole and make an indent in the centre. Fill each indent with a generous 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam. Cover the jam with the remaining muffin mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter. Combine the extra sugar and the cinnamon in a large bowl. When the muffins are cool enough to handle, brush each muffin with the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar. Serve while still a little warm.
