Es Podeng




Bahan :

2 lbr roti tawar, potong dadu kecil, panggang
1 bh alpukat matang, keruk dagingnya, incang kasar
50 gr pacar cina, rebus matang, bilang
100 gr tape ketan putih
50 gr kacang hijau, rebus matang, tiriskan
3 scoop es puter rasa vanilla (ice cream vanilla)
1 sdm coklat roti warna-warni
Susu kental manis coklat secukupnya

Cara Membuat :
1. Siapkan gelas-gelas saji dan susun berturut-turut: tape ketan, alpukat, kacang hijau, pacar cina dan roti tawar. Kemudian masukkan es puter, siram dengan susu dan taburi dengan coklat roti.
2. Sajikan segera.

Chocolate Cake


Udah lama banget aku gak bikin2 kue nih............pas minggu lalu suami tercinta b'day........binggung mau bikinin kue apa ya.........cari2.........eh dapet resep ini .........terus aku coba bikin.........ternyata enak 'n lebut deh ...........mantap :P


BAHAN:
  • 7 telur, pisahkan kuning dan putihnya
  • 250 gr gula pasir halus
  • 165 gr tepung terigu (ayak)
  • 1 sendok teh baking powder
  • 50 gr coklat bubuk
  • 180 ml air panas (aku pakek susu cair)
  • 1/2 sendok makan kopi instan bubuk
  • 125 ml minyak goreng
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
CARA:
  1. Panaskan oven hingga 180c.
  2. Kocok kuning telur dan gula hingga kental.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu dan bakin powder dalam 3 tahap, aduk dengan sendok kayu sapai rata.
  4. Campur coklat bubuk, air (susu) dan kopi instan.
  5. Masak dan aduk sapai kental, angkat.
  6. Masukkan adonan coklat panas kedalam kuning telur, aduk dengan whisk.
  7. Masukkan minyak goreng aduk rata.
  8. Kocok putih telur sampai kaku.
  9. Masukkan secara bertahap kedalam kuning telur, aduk rata.
  10. Tuang kedalam loyang persegi (24cm) tanpa diolesi minyak.
  11. Panggang selama 40 menit.

Chocolate & Mixed Berry Pancakes With Chocolate Sauce




Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup (40g) plain flour
  • 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups (560ml) milk
  • 80g butter, melted, cooled
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 300g frozen berries, thawed
  • Extra melted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Chocolate sauce
  • 200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup (250ml) cream
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Sift flours, cocoa and sugar into a large bowl. Add milk, butter and egg. Whisk until well combined. Gently stir in berries.
  2. Brush two small nonstick frying pans with a little of the extra melted butter. Heat over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of mixture to each pan. Cook for 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface. Carefully turn over and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer pancakes to a plate and wrap loosely in a clean tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing pan between each batch. If you find the pan is getting too hot, reduce heat slightly.
  4. To make chocolate sauce, place chocolate, cream, sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until it reduces and thickens. Pour into a heatproof jug and set aside.
  5. To serve, divide pancakes between serving plates and pour over chocolate sauce. Serve with ice cream.



Chicken And Mushroom Crepes


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 500g chicken breast fillets, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 200g Swiss brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 150g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup light thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup Gravox chicken liquid stock mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Crepes

  • 1 cup plain flour, sifted
  • 2 cups reduced-fat milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Add mushroom to pan. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to pan. Add onion, garlic, cream and stock. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  3. Make Crepes: Place flour in a bowl. Whisk milk and egg in a jug. Whisk milk mixture into flour. Spray a 20cm (base), non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup mixture into pan. Swirl to cover base. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden. Turn. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 8 crepes.
  4. Fold 1 crepe in half. Top with chicken mixture. Fold in half. Repeat with remaining crepes and mixture. Serve with salad.

Bubur Sumsum


waktu itu kakakku lagi kepingin banget ama bubur sumsum.........terus aku bilang.........aku bikinin aja........katanya gak usah .........paling di bazar orang Indo juga ada, dari pada repot2 bikin katanya (emang pas 17 agustus di sydney ada bazar).......pas ke bazar..........ampun deh..........orangnya buaaannyyyaaakkkk banget, sampe mau beli tuh harus ngantri panjang banget..........dah gitu cari2 bubur sumsum gak ada yang jual lagi.........cape deh. Ya udah akhirnya kakakku suruh aku yang bikinin..........untung aja aku punya buku resep yang lama ada bubur sumsumnya :)

Bahan:
100 g tepung beras yang bagus
½ sdt garam
650 ml santan
2 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong

Saus:
200 g gula merah, sisir
50 g gula pasir
250 ml air
1 lembar daun pandan, potong-potong

Cara membuat:
Campur tepung beras, dengan sebagian santan dan garam. Aduk rata.

Masak sisa santan dan pandan hingga mendidih.

Tuangkan larutan tepung beras, aduk hingga kental dan mendidih. Angkat.

Saus: Masak semua bahan hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat, saring.

Sajikan bubur dengan Sausnya.

Vietnamese Beef noodle soup (Pho bo)


Aku paling demen ama yang namanya Pho bo ini........tiap kali kalo makan direstoran Vietnam pasti pesennya ya Pho bo ini aja .........sangking tergila-gilanya ama makanan ini...........aku coba masak sendiri......hehehe.........hasilnya juga ok :)

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1kg beef bones
  • 3L (12 cups) cold water
  • 2 brown onions, chopped
  • 5cm piece ginger, peeled, sliced
  • 5 whole star anise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 tbs coriander seeds
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 100g thick rice noodles
  • 1 (about 200g) beef fillet steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups (110g) bean sprouts
  • 3 green onions, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 red birdseye chillies, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Place the beef bones, water, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves and coriander seeds in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to very low and cook, skimming surface occasionally of any fat with a metal spoon, for 3 hours or until liquid reduces by half. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Strain through a fine sieve into a clean saucepan. Remove and reserve any meat from the bones and discard remaining solids.
  2. Place the soup over high heat and bring to a simmer. Add the fish sauce and lime juice and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt, pepper, fish sauce and lime juice.
  3. Meanwhile, place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and pour over plenty of boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes to soak. Drain well. Divide noodles and reserved beef evenly among serving bowls. Top with sliced beef. Pour the hot soup evenly among each serving bowl. Top with bean sprouts, green onion, chilli, mint and coriander. Serve immediately with lime wedges, if desired.




Strawberry & vanilla friands




Tiap kali kalo ngafe aku suka ngeliat kue ini...........kok kayaknya enak,.........pernah tuh beli sekali, trus ngeliat di resep2 kue........eh ada resep bikin friands.......tapi gak punya pan cetakannya. Eh...pas jalan2 ketoko jualan alat2 dapur, aku ngeliat..........loh ini kan pan buat friands.......ya udah aja aku langsung beli.........pas lagi sale. Akhirnya.......kesampaian juga bikin kue friands :)
Tapi kalo gak ada cetakannya friands juga bisa pake cetakan cup cake sih.

Ingredients

  • 125g strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 6 eggwhites
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) icing sugar mixture, plus extra to dust
  • 1 1/4 cups (155g) almond meal
  • 1/2 cup (75g) plain flour
  • 150g unsalted butter, melted, cooled
  • Vanillin sugar, to dust

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 12-hole friand pan.
  2. Place strawberries on a large plate and use a potato masher to crush. Place the eggwhites and vanilla bean paste in a large bowl and whisk until just frothy. Using a coarse sieve, sift over the icing sugar, almond meal and flour. Add the melted butter and crushed strawberries and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Divide the mixture among prepared friand holes and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until friands are golden and a skewer inserted into the centres comes out clean.
  3. Stand in the pans for 3-4 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with vanillin sugar before serving.
